Wash small, lightweight laundry loads with this compact 12-litre folding washing machine. Its collapsible design allows the flexible tub to be expanded when required and compressed after use, making it easier to store in smaller homes, caravans, student accommodation and other spaces where room is limited.
The touch-control panel provides simple operation, while the carry handle makes the empty machine easier to reposition. An integrated drainage outlet and hose help empty the water into a suitable sink or drain after use.

Please note:
• The stated 12-litre capacity refers to the tub’s water capacity and is not a 12kg laundry-load rating.
• This compact appliance is intended for small, lightweight loads and is not a replacement for a full-size washing machine.
• Do not wash bulky items such as coats, bedding, large towels, jeans, shoes or heavy garments.
• The water-removal basket helps remove excess water but does not completely dry clothing. Items will still require air drying.
• IPX4 provides protection against splashing water; the appliance is not waterproof and must never be submerged.
• Position the machine on a dry, stable and level surface close to a suitable drainage point.
• Keep the electrical connection and touch-control panel away from standing water.
• Never operate the controls or connect the power supply with wet hands.
• Do not exceed the marked filling level or overload the tub.
• Use only a small quantity of suitable low-foaming detergent.
• Keep the lid closed during operation and never place hands inside while the machine is running.
• Do not move, lift or collapse the machine while it contains water.
• Switch off and disconnect the appliance before draining, cleaning, folding or storing it.
• Allow the machine to drain and dry completely before collapsing it for storage.
• Adult use only; keep the appliance and power lead away from children.

We have a 3-day refund policy, which means you have 3 days after ordering your item to request a refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
