Deliveries & Returns
Delivery
We are UK‑based delivery. Delivery cost will be calculated at checkout. If you have any questions about delivery for a specific item, please contact us before you buy.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days (2 weeks) of receiving your item. You must contact us first to arrange the return on delivery items.
For delivery orders, the item must be returned at your own cost.
For click & collect orders, the item must be brought back to our store.
All items must be returned in the same condition they were sent.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
Local Delivery
We offer fast and affordable local delivery across selected areas including Flintshire, Chester, Ellesmere Port and surrounding areas. To check if we deliver to you, simply enter your postcode at checkout and the option will appear if available.
All deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday.
If you’re not going to be home, no problem – just leave a safe place at checkout and we’ll make sure your order is left securely.
Please note: we may contact you if there are any issues with your order, and larger or bulky items may take slightly longer to deliver. Delivery areas may also change over time.
To use local delivery, simply add your items to the basket, head to checkout, enter your address and select the local delivery option if available.
Click & Collect
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification.
Please visit us in store and let a member of staff know you are here to collect your order. Kindly have your order number and name ready.
If your order is not collected within 1 month, we will send a reminder. If it is still not collected after this, the items will be returned to stock.
